You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using our services, including but not limited to telemarketing regulations and privacy laws.
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit spam or malicious content, or to interfere with the operation of our services.
Service fees are as specified in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the billing schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds are provided according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Generally, services already performed are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients. New pricing will apply to renewals and new services.
